The new entity, to be named Syrma SGS Elemaster Private Limited, will set up a dedicated facility at Bommasandra Industrial Area, Bengaluru. Spread over ~20,000 sq. ft., the unit will focus on high-reliability electronics across railways, industrial, and medical sectors, and will be equipped with SMT, THT, and box-build assembly lines.
This collaboration brings together Syrma’s large-scale, cost-efficient execution capabilities and Elemaster’s deep design expertise and strong relationships with European OEMs. The partnership is aimed at capturing margin-accretive opportunities, expanding share in global accounts, and reinforcing “Make in India” solutions for critical, high-growth markets.
