The beloved actor, aged 83, breathed his last in the early hours of Sunday, July 13, at 4:00 AM at his residence in Hyderabad. Family members confirmed that he had been battling age-related ailments for some time.

Known for his versatility, he excelled in a wide range of roles, including villains, character artists, and comedians, earning a permanent place in the hearts of audiences.

Debut with ‘Pranam Khareedu’
Kota Srinivasa Rao transitioned from theater to films, making his Telugu debut with the 1978 release ‘Pranam Khareedu’.
