365Telugu.com Online News, Hyderabad, November 29, 2022: A key development has taken place in the murder case of AP CM Jagan Uncle Vivekananda Reddy. The Supreme Court has transferred this trial to Telangana.
The Supreme Court has transferred the trial of the Vivekananda Reddy murder case to the state of Telangana. The Supreme Court has given its verdict on Viveka’s daughter Sunitha’s petition. The apex court passed the judgment transferring the case to the Hyderabad CBI Special Court.
A bench comprising Justice MR Shah and Justice BV Nagaratna delivered the judgment in this case. It seems that the investigation has been transferred to Telangana to conduct the criminal investigation impartially.
