365Telugu.com online news,Amaravati,July 31st,2024: Work on the Errupalem-Amaravati Nambur railway line is progressing well. The Ministry of Railways has already issued a notification to acquire land for the projected 56.53-kilometer Errupalem-Amaravati Nambur railway route.
This new railway line will include nine stations: Peddapuram, Chinnaravupalem, Gottumukkala, Paritala, Kothapeta, Vaddamanu, Amaravati, Tadikonda, and Koppuravur. Amaravati will be the major station.
One of the project’s features is the construction of a 3-kilometer-long bridge over the Krishna River between Kothapeta and Vadamanu. The anticipated cost of this famous project is Rs. 2600 crore.
The new railway line is designed to improve connectivity and enable transit between critical districts of the region. The Ministry of Railways is accelerating all work to accomplish this project on time and benefit the citizens of the region.
The national government has begun an effort to accelerate the construction of the Amaravati railway line. The construction of a new 56.53-kilometer bridge line between Errupalem and Nambur via Amaravati has been announced as a special railway project.
The government has already nominated competent authorities from Guntur, NTR, and Palnadu districts to acquire the land needed for the building of this railway line. On Tuesday, the Ministry of Railways issued an order for the building of the Amaravati Railway Line.
The orders go into effect immediately. Guntur District has delegated responsibility for this project in the Pedakakani, Tadikonda, and Tullur mandals to the Guntur Joint Collector.
Vijayawada RDO would be in charge of work in Ibrahimpatnam, NTR district, Nandigama RDO will be in charge of Kanchikacharla and Veerulapadu mandals, and Sattenapalli RDO will be in charge of work in Amaravati mandal, Palnadu district.
