365telugu.com online news,India,February 6th,2026: ZF Aftermarket has signaled a major shift toward digital connectivity and “Mobility Uptime” in the Indian automotive sector, debuting a suite of AI-powered diagnostics and safety tools at ACMA Automechanika New Delhi 2026.
As vehicle architectures become more complex, the global technology giant is focusing on bridging the gap between advanced hardware and digital troubleshooting to support workshops and fleet operators across India.
Key Tech Debuts: ZF MultiScan and AI Telematics
The centerpiece of ZF’s showcase is ZF MultiScan, a high-performance, multi-brand diagnostic tool. Designed for the diverse Indian “car parc,” the system offers:
Deep Database Access: Troubleshooting capabilities for tens of thousands of vehicle models.
Future-Proof Protocols: Full support for DoIP (Diagnostics over Internet Protocol) and CAN FD.
Secure Data Access: A “PassThru” feature that allows workshops to bypass OE security gateways with a single registration, simplifying repairs on modern, data-locked vehicles.
For the commercial sector, ZF introduced AI-driven Video Management Systems under its SCALAR platform. These systems provide 360-degree visibility and real-time in-cab alerts to detect risky driving behavior, aiming to reduce accidents and insurance costs for Indian fleets.

Strengthening Local Manufacturing and Parts
ZF continues to localize its portfolio to meet Indian road conditions, introducing several new components:
Passenger Cars: TRW DTEC ceramic brake pads, designed for low-dust, eco-friendly braking.
Commercial Vehicles: A new SACHS 430 mm heavy-duty clutch built for long-distance durability.

Safety Standards: The launch of India’s first AIS 113-compliant connected trailer solution, which integrates EBS (Electronic Braking Systems) with cloud-based telematics.

To support these high-tech launches, ZF is rapidly expanding its ZF [pro]Tech workshop network across the country. The initiative provides local mechanics with technical training, mounting instructions, and marketing support, ensuring that independent garages can service next-generation vehicles with the same precision as authorized service centers.
“We are building an integrated ecosystem that connects diagnostics, digital platforms, and localized products,” said Abhishek Verma, Head of ZF Aftermarket in India. “Our goal is to ensure our partners have the tools tailored to the specific realities of the Indian market.”
Andre Scholle, Head of ZF Aftermarket for the MEA and India region, added that the focus remains on “Mobility Uptime”—minimizing vehicle downtime through precision engineering and real-time data.
