365Telugu.com online news,Mumbai, September 23, 2024: Axis Finance Limited (AFL), one of India’s fastest-growing non-banking financial companies (NBFCs), has announced the appointment of Sai Giridhar as the Managing Director & CEO ‘designate’, pending regulatory approvals.
Bipin Saraf, the outgoing MD & CEO of Axis Finance, began his career with Axis Bank in 2003 and took the helm of Axis Finance in 2013. Following a successful tenure leading the Axis Finance team, Saraf will transition back to Axis Bank to lead the Bharat Banking division. The transition will take place after receiving the necessary approvals from regulators.
Sai Giridhar joins Axis Finance with over 28 years of experience in the banking sector, having held leadership positions in several prominent private sector banks. His extensive background includes building and executing strategies across various business functions, with a strong focus on consumer lending. Giridhar has managed end-to-end profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities and has significantly contributed to consumer risk management, debt management, and technological innovation to enhance business efficiency and customer satisfaction.
