365Telugu.com online news,Pune, March 28th, 2025: Bharat Forge Limited has signed the largest domestic defence contract with the Ministry of Defence (MoD) for the supply of 184 indigenously developed Advanced Towed Artillery Gun Systems (ATAGS). This significant deal accounts for 60% of the ₹6,900 crore artillery procurement by the MoD.

The ATAGS, jointly developed by Bharat Forge and the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), is a state-of-the-art 155mm/52 calibre artillery system, designed to enhance the Indian Army’s firepower with superior precision and mobility.
