This premium brand features ice creams made with organic ingredients like A2 milk, organic fruits, and natural preservatives, making them “green ice creams.”
Speaking at the launch, Lakshminarayana emphasized the importance of youth becoming job creators rather than seekers, encouraging creativity and disruptive thinking in business. He praised Suhas B. Shetty, the founder of Iceberg, for his innovative approach and for creating jobs for 100 people directly and 350 indirectly through solar-powered factories.
The store, set up with an investment of INR 70 lakh, offers over 36 flavors, including unique regional sundaes like “Begum Ka Bazaar” and “Purana Pul Ke Miya Bhai.” Iceberg is also known for its Keto ice cream and has supplied products to Hrithik Roshan’s HRX Fitness brand.Lakshminarayana highlighted the need for more organic product testing labs and stricter certification processes to encourage the production of organic food.
