Financial Highlights

Q4 FY25 (Consolidated) vs Q4 FY24

  • Revenue: ₹1,570 crores (up from ₹1,451 crores)
  • EBITDA: ₹78 crores (up from ₹57 crores)
  • PBT: ₹0.95 crores (vs loss of ₹9.22 crores)
  • PAT: Loss of ₹6.75 crores (reduced from ₹12.85 crores)
  • EPS (Diluted): ₹(0.93) vs ₹(1.78)

  • Revenue: ₹5,013 crores (up from ₹4,530 crores)

Key Business Highlights – FY25

  • Revenue growth of 11% YoY led by strong performances in 3PL, Last Mile Delivery (LMD), and Cross-Border services.
  • Express business losses reduced by 21% with an 801 bps improvement in EBITDA margins due to strategic cost optimizations.
  • Freight Forwarding revenue rose by 21% YoY, bolstered by favorable freight rates, pharma sector growth, and new client additions.
  • Subsidiaries reported strong profitability growth: Freight forwarding (2x), Mobility (3x), and 2×2 Logistics (3.5x) due to operating leverage and ongoing investments.
  • Warehousing and integrated solutions business grew 15% YoY, with 20.8 million sq. ft. of space under management. New expansions are underway in Pune, Kolkata, Phaltan, and Agartala.
  • Continued investments in expanding capacity in Eastern and North-Eastern India, especially in warehousing, delivery stations, and express logistics.
  • Formed a 50:50 joint venture with Seino Holdings to deliver integrated logistics services to Japanese auto and auto-ancillary clients.
  • Launched the ‘Emission Analytics Report’ platform, enabling customers to monitor carbon emissions and promote green logistics.
  • Partnered with Asian Paints to introduce Pro-Trucking – a premium, fuel-efficient, Pan-India line haul fleet solution.

Mr. Rampraveen Swaminathan, Managing Director and CEO of Mahindra Logistics Ltd., stated:
“This quarter showed an encouraging revenue uptrend with 8% YoY growth, mainly driven by 3PL and Express segments. Full-year revenue grew 11%, aided by client additions and new service offerings. Our B2B Express segment saw volume recovery, supported by disciplined cost management. While cross-border logistics remains volatile, we’re progressing well with our warehousing expansion plans across Maharashtra, West Bengal, Guwahati, and Tripura. We remain committed to enhancing margins through solution-oriented growth and improving performance in Express logistics.”
