Enrollment of New Members Continues
The process of adding new family members to existing ration cards is ongoing. Individuals can complete this process daily between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM at the relevant Civil Supplies office. Necessary documents, such as Aadhaar cards and birth certificates, are required.
Delay in Issuing New Ration Cards
Officials stated that there’s a slight delay in the issuance of new ration cards. This issue is attributed to a staff shortage, and they assured that work will resume in full swing once additional staff are recruited.
Do Not Pay Money to Middlemen
Bushra Sultana explicitly warned the public not to pay any money to middlemen for new ration cards. She clarified that the government will conduct direct inquiries and appealed for public cooperation.
