  • Home Healthcare Service: Launched in major cities like Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam, and Tirupati, this service ensures high-quality healthcare access from the comfort of customers’ homes.
  • Braille Policies: The “Special Care Gold” policy, specifically designed for individuals with over 40% disability, empowers visually impaired individuals to access health insurance independently.
  • Free Telemedicine Services: Addressing healthcare accessibility challenges in remote areas.
  • CSR Initiative – Star Arogya Digi Seva: Combining telemedicine with Mobile Health Units, this program targets rural healthcare needs in Visakhapatnam and Vizianagaram, focusing on non-communicable diseases, diabetes management, and nutritional awareness.

In FY24 alone, Star Health settled claims worth ₹920 crore in AP and Telangana, contributing to its nationwide record of over 1.1 crore claims worth ₹52,000 crore since its inception. Processing claims worth ₹25 crore daily, the company approves approximately four claims every minute, underscoring its efficiency.

As part of the IRDAI’s ‘Insurance for All’ mission, Star Health has adopted Andhra Pradesh to enhance insurance awareness and accessibility. The campaign has reached over 4,035 gram panchayats, transforming lives through health camps and insurance education.
