365Telugu.com online news,Kochi, May 14, 2025:Muthoot Finance Ltd. has announced its audited financial results for the quarter and full year ended March 31, 2025, marking a historic year of growth and milestones for the company.

Key Financial Highlights (FY25):

  • Consolidated Loan Assets Under Management (AUM) stood at an all-time high of ₹1,22,181 crore, reflecting a robust 37% YoY growth (₹33,102 crore increase).
  • Standalone Loan AUM reached ₹1,08,648 crore, a record 43% YoY growth, up ₹32,821 crore.
  • Gold Loan AUM also hit a historic milestone of ₹1,02,956 crore, registering a 41% YoY increase (₹30,077 crore).
  • Consolidated Profit After Tax (PAT) was the highest ever at ₹5,352 crore, up 20% YoY.
  • Standalone PAT surged by 28% YoY to ₹5,201 crore.

Q4 FY25 Performance Overview:

  • Consolidated PAT for the quarter was ₹1,444 crore, up 22% YoY and 4% QoQ.
  • Loan AUM for Q4 rose by 10% QoQ to ₹1,22,181 crore.
  • Group Branch Network expanded to 7,391 branches, a 13% YoY increase.

Subsidiary Contribution:

  • Subsidiaries contributed ₹15,763 crore to the Group’s consolidated loan AUM, a 15% YoY growth.
  • PAT contribution from subsidiaries declined by 49% YoY to ₹226 crore, compared to ₹439 crore in FY24.

Mr. George Alexander Muthoot, Managing Director, added:

“FY25 was a landmark year with our Gold Loan AUM crossing ₹1.02 lakh crore and new gold loan disbursements to customers reaching a record ₹21,888 crore. We continued to grow our non-gold loan portfolio, including microfinance, home, and personal loans. Our housing finance disbursements rose to ₹1,242 crore in FY25, up from ₹815 crore last year. We have also accelerated our digital initiatives, enabling a seamless transition of customers—especially cash-based users—to digital platforms.”
